So the three ingredient chocolate chip banana cookies were so good, I took to the internet to find more easy, healthy snacks! So here I bring you three ingredient choclate chip pumpkin cookies! Seriously, just as good… in fact, I might like these better!
1/2 Can of Pumpkin
1 Cup Quick Oats
1 Serving of Chocolate Chips
It’s seriously so simple it almost hurts. Mix the three ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then separate into bite sizes on a cookie sheet. Like the banana cookies, they don’t expand, so you can put them close together. Press them down to make them a little flatter and compact.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, voila! I brought the whole batch to work this morning… I plan on sharing but we’ll see.
