Day four was the “big test.” I had a day trip planned with my mom and brother to Coney Island (so much fun by the way, highly recommend going!). Our bus left from Connecticut at 7am which meant I had to be on the road by 5am. Not knowing what time we’d be home… or what shape I’d be in (maybe you saw the margarita I posted on my Instagram?), I knew the only way I was going to accomplish day 4 was by waking up early.
So- 4 alarms set, an angry boyfriend for waking up to all of them while I hit snooze, a Redbull waiting for me in the fridge, and 3am. Hott date right? So as you can see, I was finishing up at 3:40am. It hurt, both the time and the workout, but it was totally worth it.
If I’m committed to 3am then I can commit to 30 days, right?
